Spinach-Strawberry Salad

Ingredients:
8 cups fresh baby spinach
1 pint strawberries
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbs. Sesame Oil
3 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
Directions
Rinse strawberries and spinach, drain well. Slice strawberries.
Toss together the spinach and strawberries in a large bowl.
Mix the oils, vinegar, and sugar. Pour over the spinach and strawberries, and toss to coat.
NOTE: In our Zone 5 garden spinach and June-bearing strawberries ripen at about the same time.
